To the Editor:
My family and I would like to thank those responsible for the wonderful
news that William Brown’s body was finally found and brought home and buried in Arlington Cemetary with full honors on Thursday. He was born in Huntington Park in the same week as my youngest brother.
He moved to La Habra when he was around 9 years old. The last time my brother talked to him was before he went back to Vietnam to serve our country for the second time. Write-ups regarding his family’s desparate search for him and about him were eloquent and brought closure to a very sad event in our lifetime. Thank you very much!
