The 10th leading cause of death in the U.S. ,suicide continues to take an enormous toll on families, friends and entire communities. We must do more.
Unlike politicians who are blown from left to right by the winds of public opinion, we stand firm in the defense of our families, our faith, and our freedom.
Sadly, every minute of every day, someone attempts to take their own life and every 15 minutes someones dies by suicide. We need to know more about suicide and ways to prevent. We also need to help those left behind, the survivors of suicide loss.
As a Republican I support a small government, less taxes, and less regulation. But I have grown out of my pre-conceived notions of gay marriage and my Bible-thumping defense of traditional marriage.
